One of the most common questions that comes to the EFHOA board regards making changes to the home or landscaping. As a part of the covenants of the Association, the HOA Board operates an architectural review board responsible for those aspects of the covenants. Recently, the Board has codified the standards that are used in that review in order to make that review as transparent as possible. Please be sure to deliver proposals to the architecture review board prior to embarking upon any changes. The HOA actively enforces these standards. For more information and the adopted standards document, please visit the Architecture Review Board page.
Welcome to the Earlysville Forest Homeowner's Association website. Earlysville Forest is a member managed development with 191 homes. Buyers are drawn to our development by the serene wooded feel of the development. Homes are situated in a manner that allows for the beauty of nature to shine through. Most of the properties are 1-acre or more in size, allowing for a sense of privacy in a community setting.
We have two members meetings each year. One in the spring and another in the fall. As a volunteer run association, we are always looking for assistance and ideas to improve the development.
