The architecture review board is headed by the architectural review chair. The Board strongly recommends contacting the architectural review before any exterior changes to the home or land. The Association vigorously enforces the architectural oversight specified in the covenants of the development using standards that have evolved over time to maintain the desirability of the neighborhood. In 2022, guidelines were added to aid homeowners in understanding how the covenants are applied by the architectural review board.  Please find this document below as well as the proposal forms used to submit your change requests.
